So you want to become a drone pilot?
It’s not as difficult as you may think. Here are a few tips to help get you started:
1. Get familiar with the basics of drones and flight.
Before you start flying, it’s important to understand the basics of how drones operate and how to maintain them. You can find a variety of resources online, including tutorials and instructional videos.
2. Get certified.
In order to fly drones for commercial purposes, you will need to be certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA offers a number of different certification options, so be sure to research which one is best suited for your needs.
3. Find work.
Depending on your certification, you will need to find a job with an organization that has been approved by the FAA to fly commercial drones. In many cases, this may mean finding freelance or contract work until you can secure a full-time position.
4. Be patient!
Of course, becoming an accomplished drone pilot takes time and dedication. But with the right tools and resources, you can make it happen. So get out there and start flying!
